Tell us what you need—we’ll shop, source, and deliver it to your door.

Step 1: Fill out the shopping request form. Always remember to specify the product variations (eg: Size, Color or other variations)
Step 2: You will receive a quotation for the shopping request. Every quotation will be automatically cancelled within 5 days.
Step 3: Once you approve the quotation, an Invoice will be sent to settle the payment for the shopping request. If you fail to pay within 48hrs, the request will be cancelled automatically.
Step 4: After the payment is approved, our team will process the order and make the purchase on your behalf.
Step 5: We will log the items as they arrive. You can track the status online.
Step 6: When all items arrive, you can request shipping to the final destination.
